Terms of Use

Effective October 1, 2026
  1. Agreeing to these terms

These terms cover your use of Meringale, a puzzle game for iOS. By downloading or playing Meringale you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

  2. Your license to play

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and play Meringale on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial enjoyment.

  3. Sugarbits and Pantry goods

Sugarbits are earned only by playing — clearing marches, the Daily March, Free Flight runs and honors — and are spent only in the in-game Pantry on hats, skies and gates. They cannot be purchased, have no real-world value, and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money or anything else. The game offers no real-money purchases. Progress and Pantry goods are stored on your device and are lost if you reset progress or delete the app.

  4. Playing fair

Please do not copy, modify, redistribute, decompile or reverse-engineer the app, or tamper with its files to alter progress. Meringale is meant for personal play only.

  5. Who owns what

The game — including its meringlets, artwork, music, sound, level designs and code — belongs to its developer. Your license lets you play; it does not give you ownership of any of it.

  6. Offline by design

Meringale runs entirely on your device. It has no accounts, no online services, no advertising and no third-party analytics. Our Privacy Policy explains this in full.

  7. No warranty

Meringale is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do our best to keep the game working well, but we cannot promise it will be free of errors or interruptions.

  8. Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the game.

  9. For everyone

Meringale is a gentle, family-friendly game suitable for general audiences.

  10. Updates to these terms

These terms may be revised from time to time. When they change, this page and its effective date will be updated, and continuing to play means you accept the current version.

  11. Getting in touch

Meringale is developed by Kaidanov Gregory. Questions about these terms can be sent to mail@bastpast.site.
